All of Marn is really hungry for farm too, apart from Lulu, so it's awkward for Noc to get tanky enough since Riven wants farm, Karthus and Caitlyn too, and...

Meh, even at Baron Riven managed to get on top of MashMe, and still for some reason he took like no damage (whatever came from Qs/autos was mostly blocked by shields, then for some reason the ult went through him without dealing any damage).

Woah. The MF ult didn't do much (which is always good—crush that spell already, Riot) but similarly Varus utterly missed his ult (there's no Sona in this game so he's got to pick up the slack I guess) beforehand and then Zed destroyed people without even needing to use his ult ("Why BotRK on Zed?" asked GD recently: well, not to be able to kill people with sheer autos and Es says BT Zed  ).
Btw, are those Bo3?

It's "double up", not "bullet time". Even the casters are too used to MF being that one-dimensional to remember her other abilities. x)
Strange that Summoners (Team Summon? I didn't quite made the name when they talked about it) didn't try to contest that dragon. Zed's and TF's ults were down, and TF was out of position, while Shen was going to respawn before the drake died. Engaging onto Curse's 3 could have been pretty good to take one or more out before the other 2 could get into position.

Also initiating onto Bulwark/Locket Xin seems like a bad idea when his team has 2 means of teleporting across the map and the baron buff. :')

I don't like Azubu's DVR function. It doesn't let me jump to any point only from 10 to 10mins or so, unlike Youtube where I can just press left arrow a couple of times for instant replay.

I found it strange that Summoners went for drake, but then I realised they don't use the countdown timer for those matches. Strange, I thought the game were played with the same setup as LCS?

Nope. Although this is called a Promotion Qualifier, the 4 teams still in it are playing purely for the prize purse. The 2 spots for up & down were already settled for this before today: Team Summon & 1 Trick Ponies.
Quantic and Velocity qualified in the previous one and Crs Academy is ineligible for multiple reasons (being a B team, IWD's ban, age restriction).
