The venue itself is not streaming content to the viewers...

The content goes to Twitch/OGN/GArena/Own3d who then stream it out to the viewers using their infrastructure, the large amount of viewers shouldn't really impact their connection.
Blaming it on DDoS is a bit wierd as well, it's been fine until now? The DDoS is not specifically targeted since it's happened in both instances when CLG.EU and WE were winning.

We'll probably never get a straight answer. This tournamnet has been a joke competitively anyway, the tournament structure, being exposed to the crowds, the stream being right behind them with GIANT MINIMAP, glare issues (lol what). The internet and re-matches being the worst out of all of this.
