Keep the rage to a minimum. This includes wait times between games, music, and balance.

Fair warning to all.

calling IG a walkover, freewin or w/e after this game is stupid. It was pretty damn close. And against one of the arguably strongest teams as well.

Also it's not like nocturne really wanted to initiate on alistar. They had to initiate because of shen's splitpush and since noc's ult was already activated it was the last chance, and sadly alistar was the only one in range/sight, because frost backed off in time.

They still bent over to Frost when they didn't force anything with the advantage they had in early-midgame (ignore the gold lead, see the item lead they had on the carries). iG was always gonna be screwed in the lategame, but they still pussied out in the midgame when they could have forced huge advantages at 2-3 key points.

The last initiation wasn't the problem; it was the wreck. Still, iG have a good chance of getting to the playoffs.

the complete lack of a shurelias on their team completely fucked them. not getting shurelias made absolutely no sense to me considering how with Leona/Noc and Frost havign Shen meant that they needed to get hard engages onto Frost in order to win. iG were winning almost every 5v5 fight up til Ez got GA.

true, don't understand why they had 3(!) aegis and not a single shurelias, wtf?!

That was exciting.

iG mang, you totally could have won.

Yeah :/ They had such a great mid game lead. That baron steal was the tipping point imo.

It wasn't even a baron steal. iG focused on killing the other team rather than securing baron (when it was possible to do that after baron), all the while having Nocturne tank baron with half hp and being easily zoned out of smite range. It's the type of decision-making that means iG is stuck being the second best team in China who stomps all the B-class teams and loses to all the A-class teams.

Personally I think if iG had a world-class bot lane to secure their ability to play lategame, that's all they'd need.

Nobody pointed it out, but if you looked at the farm, Woong pulled ahead of Kid's farm way earlier than should have been the case. When Ezzy is 1-4, Corki is 4-1, and IG has such a huge tower advantage, there is absolutely no reason for Ezzy to be 40 CS ahead of Corki. Someone like Weixiao or DL would never let that happen.

I don't know about that game, since iG roamed a lot and Woong took a lot of CS from other lanes instead of joining in early fights.

Still, Kid is no Weixiao.

last thing I'll say about that last game, and Scarra beat me to it on twitter, iG got dumped on, to unacceptable levels, in champ select, the fact the game was that close says a lot.
Carrilord has arrived.
