Karthus is an easy target and she can forcibly zone Ezrael. If Meowkai acts aggressively enough, orB have to deal with him allowing Orianna and Graves to kite with Sona locking down the threat. But it relies on Curse getting ahead to start with. If not, they're in trouble. Malph+Shen+Karthus is a lot to give up.

I musta missed that hahaha, I know he had some personal issue's, but i always thought he did great work for them in the jungle.
