Maybe they do it a bit for the show maybe they just behave like that no one besides them knows ![]() Maybe TSM just thought more money was in NA/EU tournaments and streaming. But short term money vs experience that could help win season 2.

This is not meant as a caster bash, but the casters have talked about M5 more than any other team, and M5 isn't even here. It's fine to talk about other teams as a reference point, but this has just gotten a bit ridiculous. M5 = NA/EU gold standard, it's relevant imo.

This is possible since Korean teams do not allow you to stream their games. I do think that TSM would've come out as a stronger team had they gone to Korea as they'd be more prepared for Asian teams at Season 2 finals. Not to mention you can get scrims way easier in Korea than you can in NA/EU. So many teams in Korea that are always looking to scrim. I think it was Doublelift who said that CLGna scrims for roughly 10 hours a day in Korea. Regardless the sentiment of, "TSM wasn't prepared for this style of play," is not an acceptable excuse.

edit: Regardless the sentiment of, "TSM wasn't prepared for this style of play," is not an acceptable excuse. Yep this is true that is not an excuse (and I dont even think that they completly changed the style of play they played more push orientated then european teams but thats about it tbh)

His plan in champ select was to play similarly to Blaze in game 1, and push towers super hard. Obviously that backfired.
