Before you ask any questions, check the OP first. JBright doesn't make an elaborate first post for no reason.

Did ANYONE see this final coming?
Dignitas vs Epik!
Maybe one day with all these up-and-coming new teams and older teams finally pulling it together against the likes of CLG and TSM we can start LoL Liquibet.... :D

wow so much pages...wish i had the patience to read all of them but sadly I dont...But what happened to CLG? They were dominating the scene for a while and they recently lost to World Elite and they didnt even make it to the finals in this event.

Dignitas beat them 2-0 in the semi-finals

They don't really practice as much as the other teams afaik. And for this tourney, they all looked super jetlagged and tired from just getting back from IEM.
But in general they haven't been playing as well as the other teams lately.

I think Dan definitely won the game by not letting Regi farm at all. Kass does not counter Heimer...

They got 2-0'd by dignitas. Got outplayed. Plain and simple

I don't think anyone expected CLG to do well this event. I doubt they even get 3rd place. They're too jetlagged from china event. Jiji is also not on the top of his game, honestly.

Ever since just before DreamHack they've been practicing a lot. I don't know why people don't think they practice as much as other teams. They've been practicing more than TSM and EG these past few months.

West won the game for Epik when he picked off regi as TSM was sieging mid tower with baron. 1 or 2 more waves and TSM could have dove and probably won that fight.

If Kass goes in to last hit, Heimer just rockets him. If Kass tries to rift in and combo Heimer, Kass takes a shitton of damage from turrets.
As long as Heimer understands his limits and knows when to back off 'cause his hp is low, Heimer should have 0 problem against Kass.

From watching streams I see that CLG loses most of their scrims against top NA teams and they just don't really care and still assume that they are the best.
When RS (Dignitas) raped the shit out of them a month ago HotshotGG said that Dignitas just got lucky or some shit like that lololololol.
I'm actually very surprised CLG made it past first round.

I know they've been scrimming a lot, but they still don't seem to have the chemistry the other teams have. Jiji's been off his game for a while. Chauster and Elementz are nowhere near as good a duo as the bot lanes in other teams.
Iunno, maybe they have been practicing, but the results of w/e practice they do simply don't seem as impressive as what the other teams have accomplished.

I dont wanna point any fingers but honestly Elementz is not a good player either way...I think hes the weakest link on their team..jiji and Hotshot can only carry so much...he cost them the match vs WE..and yeah Im sure jetlag didnt help there cause
