Before you ask any questions, check the OP first. JBright doesn't make an elaborate first post for no reason.

This might sound a bit dumb, but its not that hard to jungle. I mean, sure, it takes practice, but its not that big of a difference playing solo top vs. jungler.
Also realize that Dyrus has played Support and Carry for EG in tournament play.
edit: Rivington forgets that Jatt usually builds Aegis on Trundle. ._.

Does aegis buff affect heimer turrets?

In tournament level play the jungle role is one of the hardest things you can do. You have to be vary of counterjungling since the enemy jungler is topclass as well and you are responsible for all the dragon/buff/baron timings.

Aegis buff does not effect heimer turrets or pets. Only minions and champions.

Not true. SK has Nyph do baron/jungle timings. I'm sure that Dan is running timers right now. And, as I've said, Dyrus has jungled in Solo queue and he's actually played every role for EG except AP carry.
Dyrus is a really solid player if he is comfortable with the hero he's on. He's obviously comfortable with Trundle.
edit: Anyways, GG by TSM. I get some feeling that EG is gonna try and run this same comp and TSM is gonna have to adapt their strategy.

It also was very obvious Dyrus wasn't comfortable with Cho in the previous game.
First game 3 of the tourney! Wooo!

Laning is more mechanically intensive, jungling is more strategic. To jungle at a really high level you have a lot to consider. Look at Saints current style, he is calling almost all the shots for the first 20 minutes. He keeps a timer on the enemy buffs, he chooses gank timings, good jungles even call a lot of CVs. Anyone can jungle passably, but to jungle really well takes a fair bit of experience and practice.
