Alright, we're going to call it a day with all the Thorin drama, guys. I figured if it was about SI, onGamers, TSM, etc, it had some relevance to League but somehow you guys managed to devolve the discussion into an issue about race of all things.

I was thinking the same thing when I first read it but then someone who read it closer pointed out you need an auto attack, after 3 stacks, to proc it... (stacks ability only: stun proc aa only, just kinda weird/clumsy)
also if you read the comments below, there is a red post saying in early in house tests people would intentionally proc it at the end of his ult causing chain cc, so they had his ult proc the icd.

Having to AA to proc it is fine because Skarner uses an AA in between each Q anyway. That is how you play Skarner in the first place.
I don't see it as clumsy at all.
