In fact Skarner is in the top 5-10 champions or so for pretty much every base statistic. He has the highest base AD in the game, which is part of why Iceborne Gauntlet is so cool on him.0 Not that I'm saying Skarner is an amazing champion right now, but the statement that his base stats are bad is absolutely false. Personally I think the numbers on the proposed changes look VERY strong, but that's just me. They're basically keeping the base damage numbers the same (just moving them around), reducing the ratios on a champion who doesn't build damage anyway, and then giving him Braums passive which everybody knows is OP as fuck. | ||
