The only difference I dealt with was the heavy clamping (abruptly dropped gains from the 30s I'd had since Plat 4 to single digits). My matchmaking Elo was above diamond 4 people when I was plat 1, so take that as you will. | ||

Similar experience, playing with D4's when I neared my promo/throughout promo. It's really hard to keep motivation when you play 10 games in a day, go 6/4, and gain like 5 points. | ||
