Why not play an AP nuker who walks into the fight and blows everyone up?

I like the way Salce plays kass. He uses shit like terrain and kass mobility to harass you like a boss from mid game, to make fights go in his favor vs like half champions. Kass laning is only good vs few champions. That's too bad. He really encourages a unique playstyle.

Morde is huehue push.
Rumble just dominates solo top lanes.

Kass has no good lanes.
There's literally no hero in the game who cannot just buy 7 hp pots and then proceed to freefarm for 8 minutes on him. Any AD carry will freefarm against him. Most AP nukers will do well to just push into his towers and watch as he's forced to orb creeps.

Anivia, maybe? Depends on how many NA are playing EU smurfs. Last night I did AD/Tank Morgana and it worked out even though I missed 75% of my Dark Bindings. No one had the ping to make split decisions and just stood in my puddle while I Crit them with IE and popped my ult. If you have actual EU players in the game, though, I think I'd want a champ with slows (anivia) or infinite HPs like Morde.

I don't see Xin in the top free Champs this week (from that link). But otherwise, yes, Xin is great pub stomper. CC or burst damage wins games.

If you're very proficient with Anivia, then yes. But I don't think she's at the level or ease of play where you can just pick her up and roll faces with.

But Imo 200 ping isn't as bad as you make it to be. I play with 170-190 ping most of the time. Plus it fluctuates. Shouldn't be that big a problem.
You could always try Rumble. Or Malphite. Shit this week's free champs require good pingoo
