Even Blogs have a history now at Teamliquid; now one of it's most active sections.
Thoughts on Teamliquid
One of the earliest (& better, by early standards) blogs at Teamliquid, were Hot_Bid admits he started in Teamliquid in lurker mode and gives his opinions about the site. Here is a quote of the blog I particularly agree with:
The most underrated aspect here is the format, coloring, and simplistic but aesthetically pleasing design. "Clean and simple" seems to be what Naz founded this site on, and as we see new features being added constantly, the general theme hasn't changed. The content speaks for itself, and no amount of huge flashy banners or crazy user icons can change that.
That blog never did have enough replies so please leave your own thoughts on Teamliquid on that blog as a reply, whether positive or intelligent constructive criticism (and yes, do remember it's still his place, i.e. his blog, and he does wear red colors.)

Practical Korean 8: Ordering II

I'm not Korean. I have no Korean blood. I cannot speak Korean fluently. In fact I've only been in Korea for 6 months. So don't go apeshit if I use a ㅔ instead of ㅐ or I offend anyone's acute nationalistic feelings. Rest assured though that I will not teach anything without being 100% that it's right.
Note on Romanization:
(Romanization is where the Korean is phonetically translated into English)
I hate Romanization and I strongly suggest any serious learners of Korean not to use it. It's just for the newbies. The problem with it is that different English speakers will pronounce the syllables differently and on an international forum like this, it's impossible for me to be accurate with it. There are different variations of Romanization and below I do my own version.

Now it's time to magically connect these together so you don't sound like an alcoholic caveman.
Use this simple formula:
[DRINK NAME] + [NUMBER] + 병 + 주세요
E.g1 Please give me three bottles of beer
맥주 세 병 주세요 (mek-ju seh byeong ju-seh-yo)
E.g2 Please give me two bottles of soju
소주 두 병 주세요 (so-ju tu byeong ju-seh-yo)

"병" means 'bottle(s)'. You must have it in the sentence. I call this type of word a [COUNTER] and a counter is always required when you are counting numbers of objects (like in our case). It is just a special quirk of Asian languages.(ㅠㅠ)
The eagled-eyed amongst you may have spotted the difference in spelling for the number 3 in e.g.1. (셋 changed to 세). In Korean, some of the initial numbers change slightly if you add a [COUNTER] to it:
1 하나 -> 한 병
2 둘 ----> 두 병
3 셋 ----> 세 병
4 넷 ----> 네 병
...rest is normal
