Well the parents shouldn't have let the 6-year old play GTA but i don't think thats enough of an offense to go to jail...lol.

According to the CNN youtube video from the first post's link, it was a school bus that he missed, not a public bus that everyone can take.

The preference of games is up to the parents; I also played GTA (3 and Vice City) when I was 7 or 8. Not saying it's a good thing to let a 6 year old play that kind of game, but it isn't something they can really imprison the parents for. I'm just wondering why the kid didn't just ask his mother to drive him to school rather than trying to imitate a video game. Just go say, "Mom I missed the bus" Sure she'll get mad, but you won't end up sending her to prison.

I'll never understand this 6 year old.

The only reason why the parents should be arrested is because they've let their kids play GTA at 6 year old, but i think they learned their lesson.
