Imo, op should write a post of what happened at the party after. Also, lol at whoever said that people who wait til they are 18 to drink handle their shit better. Drone nailed it on the head, and it's something that's been said time and time again. | ||

Asian grocery stores are like the easiest to steal from if you didn't know. Back in high school my friends always raided the local Ranch 99 for our drinks. They would come with so much drinks I don't know how they got away with it...like almost 2 quart sized bottles of sake. (Edit: they were crazy though, they snuck into a beer bash at the Apple HQ once) Wait wtf I forgot he was in Taiwan. Do you seriously have a problem with drinking? From the places I've been in HK and surrounding area before they don't give a shit if underages drink. Maybe that's just cantonese people? | ||

If so, fuck everything, just play cards until you can get all of them home and don't forget to pick up some phone numbers so your evening isn't a total waste. If parents aren't there, poker is a great thing to do, or set up some music in your living room and let people dance if they want (a projector with music videos works great in this case). As for food, pizza works but is kind of lame--you can do a really simple teriyaki beef (with some New York Strip, cut it into thin slices and broil it in the oven with white wine, brown mustard, and some teriyaki sauce, garlic and onion if you want to be fancy). Then buy some Ritz crackers and good cheese and buy a lot of cocktail shrimp or something. You want to be classy, so get the lighting in your house to be something nice (e.g. mood lighting, strobes, w/e). Buy sparkling apple juice. Use it to substitute. Get your friend to take everyone out to a basketball game afterwards, so you have the choice of going alone or spending some alone time with a girl of your choice (you are the host after all, and doing all that classy shit is a real easy way to finish the job). | ||
