Halloween is just over one month away, and those who truly love what is obviously the best of all holidays are already planning their costumes. Good costumes don't come over night!
Last year, I had two costumes. The first party, I dressed as a New York Ranger (complete with pads, gloves, etc) and my buddy went as an NJ Devil. We kicked the shit out of each other all night at the party.
My other costume, two buddies and I went dressed as sailors and hit NYC. It's pretty fun convincing girls from other countries that you're actually a sailor.
This year, I am unsure of what to do. I'm currently leaning towards a group of five of us going dressed as the guys from Semi Pro with Will Farrell. Our little asian friend will be the coach, and we can apparently get customized names on our jerseys.
So, what are you guys doing?

i went one year as a ghost, just a sheet with two eye holes. it got a lot of laughs! i'm not sure about this year, i hope to see some good ideas in this thread

Spending hundreds of dollars along with 3 friends and building custom ghostbuster costumes. Complete with proton packs too. Ordered a bunch of parts just the other day.
Beams will be crossed.
I'll make sure to get pictures if it works out.

I wanted to get a full body predator suit, but it would run me about $800+ and its made of heavy latex... I'd so die of dehydration in that thing. Especially since the fact I want to wear it to the bar.

We don't really do Halloween here (apart form sitting around with friend watching horror flicks, but that's just us) but I have a highschool reunion on that day that may be themed halloween, in which case I'll prolly wear one of my ringmail shirts and bring a cardboard sword.
