1. Empty out the cig (preferably those long 100's) 2. put a little bit of weed, lil bit of tobacco back in simultaneously in layers till full.(make sure you pack them tightly so the burn is slow and this will save weed since you will only need like a nug and a half) 3. Grab a pair of scissors or a sharp blade and cut out 8/10th of the filter (the whole filter blocks out the THC) 4.
