I can't agree. My point is PRECISELY that EvilMetal doesn't seem to know what's going on in his own house. Responsibility means you look after the things you say are yours. If you can't, then find someone who can. Responsibility means you take the credit when things go well, and the blame when things don't. Responsibility DOESN'T mean not making any mistakes at all, but it DOES mean you take steps to correct them in a timely fashion.
Look, I realize the guy may be the busiest man in France. I'm not suggesting he drop everything to tend to bw.com. I only suggest it's irresponsible the way he left the site to its own devices and let it get hijacked by the biggest psycho since Charles Manson without doing anything about it. Bw.com has had literally dozens of people applying for positions over the past year and EvilMetal has not responded to any of them. Hell, he never even responded to ME when I was staff there. The only communication I ever had with him was when he first asked me to help out. After that, he broke off all communication. That isn't responsible behavior and I'm counting the days 'til I get to hear his side of the story. I'm sure it'll be good. But I can almost guarantee you it won't be enough.
I stand by my original assessment: EvilMetal is an irresponsible prick. (But, I'm always open to being persuaded otherwise...)
