)ot, I don't see how this is more cost efficient for teens... Is the amount of alcohol required to get drunk through the bloodstream really that much lower if you consider the average tolerance a <18yo would have anyways? ( above 21 perhaps I can see the appeal, but then they're over 18, and I'm assuming this sensationalist stuff is trying to focus on mid-teens) | ||
