I went for a sports event a few years ago and after 6 hours at the border getting trolled with total BS (e.g. you don't have a letter from your mother, the car owner, confirming it can be brought into the country. The agreement from the hire company isn't in Russian so we don't accept it), we got thru at 3am only with the help from a Ukrainian citizen sent by the event runner. We got stopped no less than 3 times by different sets of police for various random made up reasons (you didn't stop at a non-existant stop sign, you were doing over 120mph lol!..., you didn't stop quick enough when I told you to stop, you turned your lights off without being told). It was obvious that the first guy took down our address and passed it on to the other two groups of police. We got 'fined' each time we were stopped in euros, bout 40 each time, (which isnt even their currency) or faced arrest or violence. So please don't comment what you don't know about, they are corrupt, they do lie and cheat and steal and they don't need a reason for it! User was warned for this post | ||

I won't deny that post soviet countries are extremely corrupt but the CS player situation is completely different from yours, and as you can see even yourself who clearly was sober at the time of driving(i hope) completely perverted whatever happened to you and imagined a conspiracy to extort 120 dollars from you.
