Interesting fact: there is a minimum time required for your body to realize you have eaten enough and to make you feel full. I believe it's about 15 minutes from when you start eating. Your body literally has very high latency. In addition, the kind of food you eat can affect how long it takes for you to feel full. For instance, glucose leads to a feeling of fullness faster than fructose does. (This is one of many reasons why people believe fructose -- which is loaded into almost everything in the US in lieu of surcrose/glucose, thanks to cheap high fructose corn syrup -- causes people to become fat much more than sucrose or glucose does. The widespread use of high fructose corn syrup in the US is potentially a much bigger problem than anything KFC contributes, imo. I believe the problem is much smaller in Canada because afaik, we don't have the corn subsidies or sugar import taxes that the US does.)

Why the fuck wouldn't you rather just buy 2 chicken sandwiches? (you can throw away the buns) Plus it's fucking messy, half the point of a bun is to hold it all together and not get your hands all greasy. You can buy a WHOLE FUCKING CHICKEN for less then that at Publix and Publix is EXPENSIVE.

I drink a weight-gainer shake (~700 cals in 500 ml of water) and I am instantly full.
