Some of the reasons are: - supporting anti-government rebels in many African regions - funding the group that conducted the Munich Massacre during Olympia 1972 - starting a war with Chad - funding various other terrorist organisations in the past - the 2 cases in the OP I've listed only the stuff that really is verifiable and missed on all the other stuff he has allegedly done...
