I've been caught up in resting this weekend, sorry to be lazy. I'll be opening up preorders sometime this week.
*PRE ORDERS HAVE NOT STARTED YET, STOP SENDING ME PM'S PLEASE!*
-------------------------
As of Dec 16th:
Hey, I was wondering, is there any possibilities to get a chance to buy Hwaseung OZ backpack's if you do not live in korea? Like pre-order?
Did I *mention* anything about backpacks?! I feel really bad getting irritated so fast, but seriously people. I give you an inch and you take a mile.
I AM NOT A GODDAMN STORE. I can't just produce backpacks and jackets and wigs for every single team out there. I do what I can do, so stop asking for more. If I could, I would. I really really would. BUT I CAN'T.
Before anyone else PMs me again, the answer is NO.

UPDATE 12/17/2009
I went and talked with him.
We are only going to do 2 items, the jacket and the kswiss long sleeve shirt. (the lecaf ones are basically the same but in blue instead of red. JD will be wearing it on OGN in a few days)
Price for jacket will be around 130,000 to 150,000 won, the shirt around 60,000 won.
These are NOT final, I'm working on bulk discounts. I'm giving you the worst case scenario right now. The price CAN BE cheaper.
For now I told him the numbers will be around 50 jackets and 150-200 shirts.
JACKET: The material used is like snowboarding windbreaker/shell kind of material. It's the same one as the fomos picture that was posted. Since they will be custom made, I can get up to size 120 (again, please figure out the conversions yourself, can't be bothered right now to look it up) BUT!!! since the design was made for smaller sizes, it might look kinda strange on size 115 and 120. The font is gonna be the same, but the jacket just bigger, might look out of proportion.
SHIRT: The material is made of ... hmm... like a mesh type dri-fit kind of material? It's really soft and flexible, and will allow you to collect all your gamer sweat. It's quite light but definitely good quality material, hence the price. It will say KSWISS on one arm and HWASEUNG on the middle.
lilsusie I love you with all my heart and soul (I feel like such a nerd for saying that but it's ok because she's a girl right)
Now the real question is what do you want for christmas since you are getting us all this amazing Hwaseung Swag. IMO we should do something nice for her!

It would suck if they were like hot pink or something TT.

I have no idea really. I'm willing to bet that the cost of jackets might be too expensive but I'll talk about it with them. Most likely it'll be uniforms tops. I'm assuming the shirts themselves will be around $35-40 ish? and then with shipping maybe up to $50 (regular shipping is about $8-10). If you want uber special shipping with tracking number and stuff, it'll be even more expensive, around $15-20 for just shipping alone.
Like I said, if it's in bulk and I can promise then that we'll sell about 150-200 shirts, then I think I MIGHT be able to talk him down.
On December 07 2009 15:31 EverydayStruggle wrote: can we pay extra if we want sigs on the shirts?
If I can get JD sigs, I will try. But if it means that I have to venture out into the cold again and go to the house or arena to get the sigs myself, I'm definitely gonna charge you guys extra

On December 07 2009 23:13 Pang0lin wrote: Susie you can mail these to any country ?
Yessir. I know the last time a few got lost in the mail - I believe to the Philippines and to Germany? and one more to Poland. If you are unsure about your country/town/city's postal service, you can opt to get a tracking number on it to make sure it gets to you.
I've always used the standard Korean post - the cheapest option possible - and so far only a few lost. Out of about 300-350 orders I've sent out only 4 missing.
As long as you can pay me with paypal I will ship internationally. The price of shipping to North America, Europe and Australia is the same. Asia is a tiny bit cheaper (not by much) and South America is more expensive. I usually just place the same amount to make my life easier for everyone - it all works out somehow in the end.

That last line is what makes this place great. Quoted for truth man, the people who work for TL just because they either love the forum/community or because they love the game, so good.
And I'm really looking forward to OZ gear. As long as it's not like STX colored swag, anything similar to what OZ has been coming out with lately should look good.

Just adding to the rest of the group who really appreciate you doing this. Such good timing too, I had a wisdom tooth extracted today and being able to order in a couple of days will really cheer me up.
Susie, you are a godess, you are my muse and this act of generosity will live on forever in the hearts and minds of tlers everywhere (well maybe not SKT1 fans lol). You've probably grown completely desensitized to thank you's from strangers after your many projects for the community but take this as more then a token of appreciation. This is not an empty gesture, it is not a ritualistic show of appreciation nor is it a customary thank you. I am moved by your selfless commitement to the community and as an Oz fan I can't but smile in wonder at the thought of one day owning my very own Oz gear. Thank you lilsusie.

I can't find pictures!! But so far the ones that were posted are the correct ones.
Thank you so much, Susie. I'll definitely be in for a jacket and a shirt, I think. Though I wonder how noticeable the distortion would be on a 120 jacket.
I'm thinking about buying both, but I just need to confirm they are the ones in the pictures that have been posted. Also happy that this is the worst case scenario.
I will order a shirt for sure!! i think it will be the 50 euros best spent ever. If someone can find a picture of the shirt (even if it is a player wearing it) would be awesome.

OMFG this is amazing lilsusie! Thanks for doing this. Am I willing to sink 80 bananas on a progamer jacket for a team that I don't really care about and that I'll probably never wear?
FUCK YEAH I AM!
I'm almost positive I'll be getting one of those sweet ass jackets. So sick.
Oh wow, I'm definitely interested in this, getting a Korean jacket based on a Progaming team would be baller.... Probably or might get both... I gotta start saving up money, depositing them in my account enough so I can afford it... but hey, all for a good cause, me!

I dunno how to describe the shirt. It really did feel like the dri-fit that Nike offers. I think it's called S-Tech but i googled it and nothing came up so maybe it's a dri-fit wanna be that only is offered by K-Swiss or Lecaf?
Kind of like a basketball jersey material, but.. not so shiny or slinky. =/

I think I might have to extend sale time because I'm not sure when I'll get the finalized prices and stuff. So yeah, 29th should be ok. I'll keep the orders open until the 31st I think.

This is for people without a credit card and have questions about getting started with paypal- it's really easy! Also this is in Canada, although I'm fairly certain it's similar for the rest of the world. This is most likely 99% redundant, but for the few people without accounts or with questions here it is.
Getting Started You Need: -A bank account at a local bank -To create an account at paypal.com. If you have a TL.net account, you can create a paypal account- trust me. -Money ):
Adding a Bank -Go to your bank and ask for a "Direct Deposit Slip", this takes ~1min -Log into your paypal account and go to "Add Funds">"Add Funds from Bank Account">"Add Bank Account" -Fill in the form with all the relevant information -They will send a few cents as a verification, this takes a few days -Go back to your bank and ask for account history of the last two weeks/month whatever -Look for the two instances of addition and verify your account
Getting Money -Get a job
Adding Money to Paypal -Simply go to "Add Funds", select the bank account you registered -Specify the denomination you want sent to paypal (eg. 10.00) -Wait for a few days, it depends on the location and banking system for how long this will take, it takes 6-8 days from Canada whereas it takes 3-5 from USA -Tada!
Sending Money -You need the email of the person you want to send to (pm me for a great example of where to send your money) -Then just direct your self to "Send Money", input the relevant information and send it -Transfers between paypal accounts are instantaneous, as long as no conversion of any kind is required (I think)- then it can take a few days.
Huh, this is my first time trying to convert sizes. I took a piece of string and measured it and my chest is roughly 36 inches and my waste around 33, now I'm not sure whether I'm a small or a medium.
You speak about people without credit cards, but what if we got one ?
It's possible to pay directly by credit card on paypal ? Sorry if someone already asked that....
thx
Well you still have to create a paypal account. However you don't have to register a bank account, you just register your credit card and add funds like any other online transaction. Then send via paypal- so it's a lot easier and faster, just some people (like my self) don't have a credit card.
thanks, I've got a papal account since a long time but I never sent money directly from my credit card to someone. Thx, so It will work, and we will be good looking.
ok, so as i have understood as long as i have a credit card registered in paypal i dont need to add funds. I have being paying with paypal in a lot of websitesa and never had to add money to the account

Everyone who is asking about sizes, Battle posted this earlier in the thread.
I understand Suc, but the point I was making was that each country has it's own versions of sizes, in terms of actually how big they are. For example US XL is actually like an XXL in our aussie sizes (most of the time).
I just wanted to see if Korean 120(XL or XXL aus sizes on paper) is actually more like L or XL our size.
Once again, if any locals, or a foreigner who is there in Korea could give us a little insight here?

Ok, so is pre-order open? Im sorry to bother you but i read the OP but dont understand how to pre-order.
EDIT: So if pre-orders are made in this thread, i would like the shirt in size 105 (i think that it would be appropriate for me, 6.2 and 180 pounds (190cm/80kg)!
Nah, they're not open yet. She said that since she doesn't have final prices yet, it may be a few days, and in turn, preorders will probably be extended until the 31st. As far as size, I honestly can't say. I'm currently about 220 and 5'10". I had thought I had an SKT1 120, but I just put it on now, and it's a 110. Shirt fits perfectly, but I like to go a bit on the loose side, so I'll most likely order a 115.
Edit: And I can fit into a 105 (CJ shirt! :D), it's just a lot tighter than I'd like it to be.
I checked through thread and maybe I just missed it, but I didn't see this mentioned. Is there any info on how long the jackets run? I'm especially concerned about sleeve length.
I will need to order a fairly small size as I am a very skinny guy, but I am 6'3'' so I just want to make sure I won't look completely ridiculous. Or is it possible to order a long/tall?
EDIT: I realize it's been said, but I feel it can't really be said enough. Thanks for this, it really is awesome. Very much in the spirit of Christmas and TL.

Apparently the shirt should be around 200g, using UPS and shipping to Canada the price should be around $70.00. Also apparently only about 1 week to ship.
I'm sorry to ask, but since I haven't refunded the money I used to buy the wemade fox, which alas my order was one of those which never came, is it possible to use that money and deduct, if needed, from the price of one of the products?
edit: I can understand if not since it's bought and shipped from a different location
to 404.TooEz Lil Susie didn't handle the WeMade Fox orders (That was Kennegit and SOL and TL Staff) so I'm certain she's not able to comp you on that.
To the rest of us let's quite asking a billion and one questions that'll make Susie decide this isn't worth her time or she's not wanting to deal with lazy people who want her to research things for them or provide custom items or things she's not offering. Thanks in advance-
I'm definitely getting a shirt... not sure about the jacket though. Didn't really like it THAT much. Thanks so much for doing this again and again. Has to be a lot of work.

If you want a refund for the WeMade stuff, it'll go to your Paypal account, and from there you can send it to Susie.

It's the least I can do, really. I only have the slightest idea how stressful handling all of this is, and dealing with all the PMs you must be getting (ie: the backpack PM), you really don't need to put up with people who are asking questions that they would have seen answered if they had taken the time to read the thread. You'd really think reading twenty pages to see if their question is already answered is the least they could do, considering all the work you're putting in, but unfortunately, it's not a perfect world.
Thank you for doing this, Susie, even though I'm saddened that some of us may seem ungrateful, I'm sure I can speak for everyone when I say we truly appreciate your efforts immensely.
On December 19 2009 17:28 Marimokkori wrote: I would buy one, but I never got my WeMade FOX gear earlier this year. I spent over $70 on stuff and never saw any of it.
The WeMade orders were handled by TeamLiquid directly. I didn't order myself, so I don't know all the problems, but I read through the thread a bit, and it just seemed like an unfortunate bunch of circumstances and poor planning. As far as I know, they either said you could wait, and they'll try to get in touch with WeMade, or they'll refund your money. But don't take my word for it 100%, as I didn't order myself, and only recall what I read from the thread.
Susie is doing this herself, without any connection to TeamLiquid. She's done it a few times in the past, with SKT1 gear and MBC Hoodies. I've ordered both a shirt and a hoodie from her, and once she had the actual items on hand, I had everything within the month. Keep in mind that she's doing this all herself, maybe with the help of some friends (I vaguely recall her saying someone was making mail runs for her while she was at work), but the majority of the burden is on her. So the time between when she gets the product, and when it reaches you, is pretty amazing for a one person job.
As far as I know, only one person hasn't received their item, when ordering from Susie. It's unfortunate, but the mail was sent without a tracking number, and the theory (once again, going off memory) was that it may have been lost in a hurricane or just severely delayed. I don't know if there was ever an update on that, but overall Susie's track record has been most excellent. And if you're still worried, she's even said this time that if you're willing to pay more, she'll probably give quotes for the more expensive shipping services that provide faster shipping and a tracking number.
Well I do not want to be a burden at all and I am sorry if this a stupid question but I've read through the OP as thoroughly as I can this late and fatigued and I was curious if pre-orders have started. I have never done something like this before I just want to make sure I don't miss out I know the OP Says cutoff is Christmas eve iirc but I don't remember seeing if pre-orders are being taken although common sense says no since the prices are not defined yet I just really don't want to miss out on this great opportunity and Christmas is drawing nearer each day, again sorry if this is a stupid question if someone could answer doesn't even have to be lilsusie I know she's dealt with enough stupid questions and probably is sick of telling people NO so anyone Im just nervous about missing out on my favorite teams swag.

To help others out also I found conversion charts for Sizes
I assume these are all either Gender Neutral or more to the male side due to lack of female progamers but I included both I hope they are at least accurate for I am not an expert of any sorts o.o
Looks like jackets might be a flat $100; shirts at $50. Both prices in USD.
I still have to figure out weight for these before I decide how much shipping is and go to teh post office to see if they can provide me a list that I can work off of from home.
So if you get one of each, it would be $150 + shipping depending on weight.
susie i just want you to know that i have been containing my utmost respect and love for you for like a whole month now cuz of my ban.
but now with my god given ability to post i can say that
you are the greatest human to grace the earth. the only reason i made it through finals, and the foundation for my emotional happiness in my current state.
Thank you so very much Lil Susie, you seriously made my day. Do we order here or do we pm you?
The conversion chart here kind of confuses me as there are two columns for small with different measurements. I've done some rough measurements and I'm guessing I'm in the second column but is that still under small?
Edit - Just in case I would like to both a jacket and a shirt
As far as I can tell, orders aren't open yet, so all the people either listing their orders, or asking what to do, I'd suggest waiting a bit.
As she still hasn't figured out shipping, and can't give a price yet, it will probably be a few days. Last time, when she was ready to take orders, she created an entirely new topic, and gave instructions there, and they weren't to post your order in the thread, or to PM her, but instead send an email to the person taking orders (Psyonic_Reaver, I think did the MBC Hero hoodies) with what you wanted, as well as your Paypal address, at the same time you sent the money to Susie.
My guess is that it will be something like that again, but it's just speculation at this point, so just wait until she's ready, and keep your eye out.

Can you give us some pre-order details?
What type of details are you looking for?
Shirts will probably be $50, Jackets will probably be $100.
And she still has to get shipping sorted out, for which she has to go to the post office. Earliest estimate for preorders being up, from what I've seen, is Monday. So as early as the next 24 hours or so, given that it'll be Monday in Korea then.
I'm sure that she'll provide more details then, once she has everything sorted out.
Thanks a bunch lilsusie! I was just curious though, it seems that A LOT of people are interested and want shirts and jackets. I am new to this so please don't bash me too much, but will their be enough shirts and jackets for everyone that wants them or will they sell out and some people will not be able to get them? : )

As I understand it (though I could be wrong), she only told the guy at Oz, that she would have about 150-200 people ordering shirts, and 50 people ordering jackets. That was in order to work out a price for bulk. I'm assuming that since this is all being custom made for us, there will be plenty for those willing to order.
On December 20 2009 18:25 eNoq wrote: Definitely interested in both a jacket and shirt. But holy cow the shipping cost is iiiiiiiinsane
I think she didnt tell us the shipping price yet so i think u r wrong
I think you're dumb, since 0.2 kilo's from Korea to Canada was already 70 Dollars. Go figure.
That's via UPS, though. Of course they're going to be more expensive. I don't know how the post office is in Korea, but here, you can ship a package with a tracking number and insurance, usually for about half of what UPS charges.
For example, I just looked up shipping charges on both the USPS site, and UPS. From my area to Seoul, the cost for a 1.5 pound package with USPS, including $200 of insurance, is $40 in store, or $37 online, guaranteed by the 26th of December (if I shipped the 21st). With UPS, the cheapest option is 89.13, guaranteed by the 28th.
Since Susie hasn't stated who she'll be shipping with, and the UPS page posted a few back wasn't by her, there's no set figure for shipping yet. So there isn't any use speculating, and flinging insults, until she tells us what it's going to be.
BAHHH ok sorry for the wait, it was the weekend hence no place was open for me to get shipping prices. I'll give them a call to see if they can fax it to me, but, I have 4 meetings back to back today - not sure when I can get to it. It'll be soon though, I promise!! >.<

Is there a jacket size between 100 and 105? I have a 42 inch chest but that kind of falls right in between 100 and 105 according to the conversion chart...do I just go 105? Sorry for so many questions, I just have no idea what to look for since I've never been interested in any of these until now ^_^

Common sense? Sorry, I don't have a whole lot of that when it comes to Korean clothing sizes. It was a pretty simple question and a basic "go for 105" would've helped. I appreciate what you've done for the community as much as anyone else, but you don't have to snap at me for asking a basic question.
I seem to recall saying I knew it was a pretty simple question, but for all I know korean sizes could go 100 101 102 etc so I figured asking couldn't hurt. Is this seriously a big deal?

Sorry, it's just that you already prefaced by saying "I didn't read through the whole thread". That bothers me because... it's not just you... but so many people write me PMs or write questions that could just be answered by common sense or by patiently reading through threads. Someone wrote something excellent about sizing, someone else wrote about how to set up a paypal account. Just a simple search could have been enough.
You answered yourself - a 105 would be fine. Do you like things a bit tight? then maybe a 100. I really have no idea how they translate into US clothes and that chart might even be a little off. It's like buying a pair of size 4 jeans at the GAP really mean size 6 in Abercrombie. Pick a roundabout number that's *about* right and then either go down if you want it snug, go up if you want some leeway in your clothes. Seeing that the chart only goes up in multiples of 5 one can safely assume that there most likely isn't a size inbetween, otherwise, wouldn't it have been posted?
Again, a simple search would have answered that for you.
I'm not trying to be a bitch but when the same questions about size, shipping and "when is preorder" keep coming up, I can't help but to get annoyed because they have been answered time and time again.
Thanks Susie. I actually read most of the thread but didn't see a whole lot of information regarding the sizing issues. As for the whole going by 5 thing, I just wanted confirmation because I'm seriously interested in this and it is a decent amount of money to invest in a product I can't physically see before purchasing. Again, I didn't post the question with the intent of a shitstorm; I fully understand your annoyance and will take more responsibility in searching for myself in the future.
for susie, can you guys just pm me if you have any questions? if i cant answer the questions then post it here.
susie's obviously getting annoyed by people who keep asking her these questions and stuff and we're not trying to add any stress for susie. so send them to me,
Yeah, I've been answering any questions I can in the thread. It's just a shame that people don't actually read the thread, since 99% of all questions asked have been answered, multiple times, in this thread. >_>

It will take me 2-3 bank days to transfer the money from my credit card to my paypal-account, as long as I have that time im very happy indeed. Love you susie, happy hollidays!
I just created a paypal account, using my Visa debit card.
Does anyone know If I need to add funds to it? Says I need to link a bank account to do that. From previous experience with paypal I thought it simply takes the money for purchases directly off the credit card. I'd rather not link my bank account (not going to be selling/withdrawing funds) if i dont need to.

If you have a credit card linked to your account, you're fine. When you send money, it will just charge your card, and generally, send it instantly.
And you can't preemptively add funds to your account from credit card, but since it's usually instant, there isn't really a need to.

Not without good reason though. It's almost impossible to gauge what the Paypal fees will be, so if she doesn't err on the side of caution it could end up costing her a good amount of money to do this. (Though I don't think anyone would mind if she charged an extra $5 per shirt :p)

Nah, you're not wrong (as far as I know, Susie has said it herself, but it's not like she's adding a ridiculous amount to cost), but myself, and I'm sure everyone else who has posted on it, doesn't see the need for mentioning it.
As awesome as Susie is, I'm sure most would automatically assume she's building some profit in for herself, regardless of how much, and they're more than fine with that - after all, she is doing a lot of work for all of us, that will likely take up hours of her time; to not factor in some profit would be silly.
The only reason I could think of you mentioning it is because on the page before you posted, quite a few people were talking about starting a separate fund for all of Susie's hard work. Then you posted saying she already makes a profit, though you did say it was likely small. It just didn't seem necessary. As I mentioned, I'd assume most people would think that she would factor in some profit, for all of her hard work, but it's likely a lot less than she deserves, thus some would like to contribute further.
To sum up, I doubt anyone thinks you're trying to detract from Susie's awesomeness by stating that she makes a minuscule profit, but I personally don't see the necessity of bringing it up.
Is there a precise price yet for both the Jacket, Shirt and Shipping fee? I'm not transfering any money to my paypall account until i know the exact price, and the sooner the better, since it will probably take a while.

No, there isn't yet. She still needs to figure out shipping prices + fees. I'm sure she'll give adequate time to transfer money via Paypal, but the price of the jacket + shirt is $150 US, so if you wanted to get the ball rolling on things, you can just estimate yourself. Like I said, I'm sure you'll have adequate time for the transfer, but if you really don't want to take the chance, I'd suggest doing the legwork yourself, and come up with a decent estimate.
Nah, you're not wrong (as far as I know, Susie has said it herself, but it's not like she's adding a ridiculous amount to cost), but myself, and I'm sure everyone else who has posted on it, doesn't see the need for mentioning it.

yea thats the reason i said it. if people want to make a fund for susie by all means go for it. but it would seem improper for them to do so on the presumption that she gets nothing for her services. but anyways no more of this ugly talk.
waiting for prices still but im super excited to order susie!!
once again if anyone has any questions please PM me and not susie and ill try to answer them best i can before you ask on this thread. dont pm susie!
So, when JD lost to Flash's half-proxy 8rax-bunker rush in the OSL, what I thought about was how he was wearing his Oz shirt (like the one's we all want to buy). lol. ^^

It does make sense, however, it boils down to people reading the thread in the first place. 90% of all questions, that have been repeatedly asked, have been answered countless times. If people aren't going to bother reading the thread in the first place, it doesn't matter whether it's posted here, or PM'd to someone, just as long as people quit taking Susie for granted, bothering her with pointless crap.

Because most of the questions are either retarded or are repeats. You obviously haven't read the thread at all, which is typical of a low post count member.

Aww sucks. I kinda hoped I'd get my jacket by early February. But obviously your life is more important!

Since people's questions are obviously bugging people let me remind you that you can PM ME YOUR QUESTIONS and ill answer them. trying to keep this thread positive
Oh man those jackets look so awesome. I might order one, the only thing holding me back is the material looks a little light. Probably won't be warm enough for the winters around here . It is really awesome of you to go through the trouble of offering this lilsusie. I might order a shirt instead yet.

Thanks for the answers. I couldn't find anywhere that shipping was included in the thread. the forum needs more ppl like you and less ppl like the douch above.
Nononononoo price does NOT include shipping. It can't since people will be ordering different things. It's going to be shipping by weight. I went and got a chart from the post office - and going to be offering 2 types of shipping - one cheaper and regular but no tracking and another that's more expensive but with a tracking number and quicker delivery.
susie usually you announce the price including shipping. I was on the assumption that you WILL announce the prices including shipping. Ive been telling people to wait for your announcement of the prices.
People have been asking me if theyll have to pay for double shipping for double items. The answer is NO.

susie correct me if im wrong xD
This time, it might not be possible to have a set price, including shipping. Previously, she was only selling one item at a time, with a purchasing limit of one, and only one shipping option. Even if it was slightly more expensive to ship to another area, she had a flat price for everything.
It might be a lot harder to do this time. She may be able to set a flat price for each object, with standard shipping, such as $60 for a shirt, $110 for a jacket, $170 for both (keep in mind that's just a simple example, and in no way reflects actual prices ), but express shipping usually varies, often quite a bit, depending on where you're sending it. So I doubt it's really feasible to have one set price, with shipping included.
Also, when the people asked if shipping was included, they were probably going off the $150 price for both, so shipping is most certainly not included in that.
Having read the whole thread, it's still not clear to me whether we'll still be able to pay a little extra to have Susie go down to the progaming house to get it signed. She mentioned that before, but it hasn't come up again. Does anyone know if this is still on the table?
Regardless, thanks for what you've done already, Susie!
She hasn't said yes or no either way, as far as I know. When she did post about it, she said it would depend on the ease of getting it done, and I'd imagine it would depend on how many people were doing it. I doubt Oz would be willing to sign 200 shirts.
So your question is actually a valid one, though I'd personally think the answer is probably "no", I don't think it has been explicitly stated.
Edit: Just skimmed through the thread again. And she's only posted once on the subject, saying "Maybe, depending on how much extra work it is." But keep in mind that this was all before everyone kept bothering her about other things (backpacks, etc), so she might be a bit less inclined to do so now, and also depending on what she can work out with Oz, depending on how many people would want their shirt signed. So in short, no she hasn't said anything else about getting stuff signed, at least not in this thread. And don't PM her, because the answer will be no.
I might be able to get signatures separately and include them with the shirts BUT I'M NOT SURE YET.
About getting them signed, I don't think I can get the shirts actually signed as they are getting delivered to my house first and I don't wanna lug a bunch of shirts to the Oz house and make JD or whoever to sign them.

Even with the conversion charts, these metric units are kinda confusing. What I really want to know is if my arms will fit in the sleeves. This post about the MBC hoodies makes it sound like XL (= 110 ?) might still be a bit small.
Maybe if instead of small, medium, large, we had Killer, Tasteless, Rekrul...
I took the paypal plunge in anticipation for this. Sigs would be nice, but I'm grateful for everything Susie has done so far. I can't wait to hear from her again.
Does this mean the preorder is officially open? I figured there would be a post in this thread or perhaps a new thread. Either way, I'm not doing anything until I get the word from her.

NOT YET. the problem is in my figuring out the shipping crap. I hate shipping shit. ugh. UGH. I'll do it when I get into work but the stupid site is all dollars and pounds and the information I have is all in won and kilos. stupid Americans and their non-metric system!

We tried once, but apparently converting to a proper measuring system is way too hard lol

Okay, no worries. Thank you so much for doing this. I patiently await your updates.
I was just confused about the site. Good to know that it is legit
If you're busy Susie, don't bother with this question, it's just I'm wondering.... I seem to understand there's a 20-30% duty fee from clothes imports into Canada, that hurts when you want to buy $150 of stuff - especially after christmas. I'm not sure how Susie plans to ship this but I assume it can't be sent as "gift" or anything that would keep me from getting reamed by our oh-so-loving government?
You should check the MBC hoodie thread posted in the last page if there were any Canadians.
I don't think she can help you much with the tax. It seems she is currently working out just shipping, so you will have to manage with that import tax. I'm certain that there have been other Canadians who bought the MBC hoodie, so you might be able to ask them what they did.
Then again the hoodie was also only 70 USD so they might've just taken the hit. Anyway, you'll just have to wait to hear from her. It's so close I can taste it :D

$150+shipping+fees could bring me to $300+
Thanks!
The hoodies were a flat $70 usd (i used paypal).
I'm not exactly sure what method she used, but it showed up in an enveloped that was large and pink, and contained the hoody. Thing is. If shes just sending mail to you (and its like the gov will see her sending 1 thing to you, not a large shipment) you shouldn't get dinged for it. There shouldn't be a duty fee charge, just the charge for the level of shipping you opt for.

I've had a paintball HPA tank shipped from the US once, expected $30 of fees and got to pay $61... Still saved $40 from the local price but it was disappointing nonetheless =P
Yeah the fees I was concerned about happen after the transaction. When I got my paintball tank it was $100 + $10 for shipping and at my door, UPS charged me $61. The seller never sees that money, it's just Canada and Canada post/UPS messing with my wallet.
Ooh I can't believe I've missed this thread until now, I've been waiting and hoping that someone could eventually get their hands on these. Susie, you make my heart sing. I'd be willing to sell myself to get one
Will definitely be keeping an eye out for this, but in the mean time much love to Susie for embarking on another one of these endeavors. I imagine this whole process is a brutal pain in the ass.
also as far as shipping goes, it depends on where your shipping from, to ship out of the USA is very expensive but to ship out of Hongkong for example is much cheaper in my experience.
everytime i look at jaedong in that jacket in the OP i splooge a little bit just to know that that COULD BE ME (minus the mad skills and 400 apm and impeccable mechanics t.t;)
Well, it also depends on shipping to other countries. On top of that, it looks like she's going to just put it all in her website to make it manageable. I'd say she's being very kind by trying to make this available to everyone, even though it makes the process a lot more annoying.
