I think this should be called "tips for newcomers" not TL guide lol

Add link to 10 commandments anyways, all "no 1st" etc even if not mentioned there directly are just shorter version of 10 TL commandments in this thread imo

Chill would be probably happy about adding link to Strategy Forum Guidelines thread too
