Looking at frame data, Chun's cl.lp is 3 frames +2 on block and s.lp is 3 frames +3 on block, it hits Dhalsim crouching, reversal teleport will get tagged, backdash will get tagged, jump will get tagged, b+lk will get counterhit. The Chun was walking forward for more than 2-3 frames after a lot/most of those. b.lk would beat it out no problem. edit: and nothing is lame as some SF2 series loops.

Also, the Dhalsim zoned pretty bad and missed out on some anti-airs to get into those situations.

Ah, SO1. I remember it the least out of all of them, but I seem to recall the character balance being the best in 1. SO3 is highest-tier overall as a game though.

I notice they use shoryuken for everything except anti-air.
