MOBA = multiplayer online battle arena 1. multiplayer online -- doesn't either word imply the other in this day and age? 2. battle arena -- no pushing whatsoever, just straight fighting? in an arena? no lanes? all territory freely open to you? and what's with people advocating the use of the name AoS (Aeon of Strife) to cover the genre? games are based on that game, but to name the genre after another game's title? lol (the laugh out loud kind). | ||

AoS's the original map that employed this concept, I mean this concept grew out of that specific UMS, its pretty fair to call it AoS, everything else that came after it is literally a copy of that concept. | ||
