Thing is, I always went armlet on naix, I would build it after getting treads and an orb-effect item.

oh but it does have clan chat..it has its own clan chat channel. see because there is no reason to change chat rooms like there is in garena, everyone would either be in there or in a game. and you can actually message people in a game and vice versa, which you can't in garena.. which is very nice to have
also warcraft 3 clans allow up to 100 members so actually it's better than garena..because the friends list is just a bonus addition to the clan list..and the channels allow for 40 max at one time..which is more than we ever need..especially since if we ever get close to that number there will always be people in a game anyway
and honestly 25 is probably good enough for the number of active members we have anyway so friends list will cover it most of the time, clan chat channel will take care of the rest.
only thing is that it doesnt have nudges but we have VENTRILO and the ability to message people ingame
so actually for these reasons I think we should consider a full move to bnet!
as for latency concerns, listchecker games are just as fast as garena's latency assuming you have a good host (which is same for garena)
NO NEED to fucking swap rooms for pubs, gold membership just to join a fucking room, reconnecting to garena, tunneling host, ETC
however if some members do not have valid cdkeys that's a problem.. but ffs just buy the game and dont use garena as a pirate server -_-
EDIT: and no piece of fucking shit program running in the background that is a portal for viruses/trojans unless some workaround by R1CH is used

i cant currently play remotely as much as if i was at college, but i can still host and leave
ppl have avg of like 60ms ping in my bnet host

not everyone can play on bnet you know, and bnet is still a lot shittier for dota than ggc

i've been playing bnet the past few days
latency difference is negligible as long as you play within your region
but since we have people from west/east and europe in the clan it's not gonna work
unless someone can get their hands on one of them host bots
