But only if they win will they advance, if they don't it'd be the worst Europe season for Liverpool since Benitez has taken charge I believe. | ||

Rangers and Lyon in group E and Fenerbache and PSV in group G. No real major upsets. Bremen and Valencia were pretty disappointing though. | ||

too bad they sucked in 3 other games. but looking at it "sensibly", before the group started nobody even thought we'd get third place and that was what we were hoping and aiming for. this was the toughest group out of all the groups, getting third is honestly pretty amazing (for rosenborg. ) so im not really all that disappointed even though it seemed like we'd qualify after 4 games were played. really seems that rosenborg suffers from the norwegian season ending before the cl groupstage tho, they hadn't played any games vs competent opposition before the last two games vs chelsea and schalke and they really didn't seem matchfit either. | ||
