Titan outaim a loooot of people, especially kennyS and apex as they are two of the best entry fraggers. I've honestly been underwhelmed by Na`vi... they need a change.

They'll never get any better at a major either if they don't step up their game. They also had an extremely easy road to the semis only to get 2-0'd by LDLC, and it wasn't really that close.

He's back after like 2 years of inactivity in which he didn't even touch the game . You gotta give him more time since he's improving rapidly compared to his first match with Titan (Got RAPED and bottom fragged for like 3-4 games straight) to now when he's almost doing better than Maniac in terms of fragging.
Right now he's about 20% of the RPK he was in source where he was Krimz like consistent in shutting down a site (According to Thorin that is.)

well apex with 40+ kills on inferno seems to have cooled off a bit on cache.

Titan got outaimed a lot TBH. Apex put on a monstrous display in Inferno and then cooled off. KennyS was on/off the entire game and Rpk still needs to practice a lot more DM.
Dat looks insane if they hit their shots on point. Simple is probably one of the best aimers in Europe right now and bondikk is a beast on T side pistol , his glock is out of this world.

Sometimes they have the tag, sometimes they don't. I don't believe there are any specific rules pertaining to that for most tournaments.

Is there a team in the world that wins as many 2nd round ecos as nV does? They get like 6 points every map due to opponents winning pistols and getting ecoed by them the next round.
How the fuck are they not able to win so many pistol rounds when they're that good on ecos?

Is it just me or is NiP incredibly bad at taking/holding (as T) B site inferno? What a disaster there in the 12th round, totally unnecessary.
To clarify: it looks like a communication problem to me. When NIP take B, it seems like a total clusterfuck. For instance that 12th round, they didn't check freaking oranges, enabling HR.Adren to get a double USP kill. I guess you can blame it on their standin Delpan throwing the comm off but it didn't look much better with Maikelele at the last major.

Because they want to be top 1, and if the team is having issues with Maikelele and are unable to work them out, there's no reason to keep him.
Today's losses were not about them making a roster change; Delpan did his fair share even though it was only his first day with them. NiP is always inconsistent online, and that hasn't changed.

Because that is what good teams do when they want to get even better and win. Holding onto a player you dont think is cutting it is not a recipe for success though I am not sure NiP has any better options than Mik.

Maikel was of course the MVP in asus rog - but i guess there is more going on when they play than i can see/understand.

@Elroi, from what I've gathered NIP never intended to make this public. They wanteed to try some stuff with Deplan under the motto that Maikelele was going to practice some elsewhere and that Maikelele was still the goto guy for the major. However things got made public and things spiraled out of control from then on.
And I fully understand NIP for trying things. The asus rog was a nice achievement, but there were a lot of tier 2 teams in that. In Pantamera and MLG, Maikelele was actually really poor, I think people are overrating Maikelele at the moment due to how poorly NIP handled the situation but if you look at it objectively the NIP performance in the tournament that mattered was largely thanks to a resurgent Forest. And that is the current problems with NIP, the inconsistency of Forest. Forest needs to find consistency if NIP ever want to be top1 again.
Having said that, will Deplan bring stability in order to get Forest firing again? Time will tell, but I think the problem isn't with the awper but perhaps with forest himself.

NiP played Titan close, but should have won. Titan had iorek instead of apex for a significant part of the Dust 2 match. Doesn't look good for allu overall.
That said, it's obvious that this team has other issues than needing an AWPer. GTR under-performed for a large part of the match and forest also has his own off days. They need a return to form IMO.

How can this thread be so dead? SL is amazing imo. The matches are not bad and the casting is ok too.
Also do we know who is gonna be in NiP? Will Makelele stay?

I'm really looking forward to VP vs. TSM today.
Not sure we know what'll happen with NiP yet, but Maikelele probably gives them the best chance of winning. Hard to tell since NiP isn't actually going to play in a LAN with Delpan/allu and the team's always really inconsistent online.
