YAWS made it. The chinese called him tourist, now he is in the grand final via the winnerbracket! Chinese went total crazy on douyu stream. He wasnt even ment to be there and only replaced foggy at the offline qualifier at Gamescom. This story. | ||

I hope we see more wc3 tournaments in 2016. So much better than Sc2. I have celebrated so hard for Moon, Fly100%, TH000 and Yaws that never happened in the past 5 years of sc2 (exception: Stephano). | ||

If you look at the biggest LAN tournaments of the year... it's literally WCA and WCA qualifiers. And WCA isn't even that good for tournaments are concerned, they're a joke in Hearthstone/Dota 2 even if the prizepools are HUUUGE. | ||

One of the last EPS Champs, yAwS (winter 2009) will fight as the foreign hope against the last standing Chinese, the Orc-Master, Fly100%. yAwS went through the upper Bracket, took the foreign hope WarchiefRich (2-0) out, then the Chinese Yumiko (2-1), Part of the legendary chinese human triumvirate, and winning over the chinese Orc Fly100% (2-0) in their first meeting to save his spot in the Grand Final. Fly100% dominated his group, he dominated both other parts of the human triumvirate, beating Infi 2-0 and TH000 2-0 and then losing 2-0 yAwS in their first meeting. Falling to the consolation Final, he defeated the korean Wardenmaster Lawliet. Lawliet got kicked into the loser bracket by TH000 in a swift 2-0, but then he found his Warden and showed us some of the best games of the tournament. He first killed triumvirate human Infi in a 2-1, then he killed triumvirate human Yumiko 2-1 and finally he took revenge against triumvirate human TH000 in the lower bracket final 2-1. His warden kicked one after another all 3 chinese starsplayers out of the tournament, till he met Fly100%, who won the consolidation final in a dominant fashion, as Warden is no option in Nelf vs Orc and his Demon Hunter performance was lacking behind the incredible strong performance of Fly100%s Blademaster. yAwS, called a tourist be the important chinese community website "replays.net", being watched as the worst player after HLA with nothing to gain, he will come as the winner of the winner bracket, he will have a 1 map advantage in the Bo5 tomorrow 4.30CET on the WCA Sidestage. On the other side, being allready one map down, we have the Orc Master Fly100%, who showed uncharacteristic mistakes in the first game. Will he take revenge? It's not dead-dead but its a husk of its former self. I remember thats why WCG 2013 was such a big emotional deal, it was called the last WC3 tournament,. | ||
