I've always been of the view that UD was harder to play, but every bit as powerful as the others when piloted at the highest level (120 proves this). You can call that imbalance if you like but that word has unpleasant connotations, as does calling UD "weaker". "Hard to play but strong when you know what you're doing" would be a more fair assessment imo.
