fakk, downloaded and installed on my school laptop, but apparantly the internal graphics card is too crappy and the game shuts down as soon as it starts

If Thief annoy you, play Guardian or Ranger.
It's pretty good at killing them if you play right.

I have no trouble at all vs thief (im a shortbow ranger, bleed condition dmg/duration build). The only class im having trouble with atm is mesmer, if they're good. Im so bad at telling the real one from the fakes.

you can buy the mats quite cheaply off the trading post... if the stupid thing would ever work that is
anyway I was just gonna tp and got stuck on loading screen, thought it'd just crashed so I alt f4'd, but now I can't log back in, anyone else experiencing this?
