Sometimes I stream for fun or because a friend wants to watch and I get people saying odd things in the chat too, like asking if I'm going to do giveaways and shit.. Sure I'm gonna do a giveaway for my 2 viewers one of which is a friend haha

Thats all CS viewers are nowadays tbh, giveaway hunters or DDoSers on the bigger named streams.
That and the usual twitch meme chatters

That and the usual twitch meme chatters Nah, some streams have pretty nice chats, especially in sub mode. I personnally avoid any stream doing giveaways.

A girl was streaming the other day in a catwoman costume or something, while being awful at the game. She had like 2K viewers. Beat that

I had 1000 once. It was because some bot service did it then messaged me telling me if I want it to keep happening to go to their website and buy the service. They sent me like 10 messages to.
I laughed, I had assumed it was twitch bugging out.

Any tits showing?
Man, I can't decide what I want to do with my Marketplace money. Invest in more dota's compendium stuff or open CSGO cases :s:s Has the price of skins dropped on CSGO since the contract change?
anyone wanna nub it up right now?

I think investing in treasure keys in the smartest play right now. The window is already mostly shut though so ^_^

Can someone explain the marketplace/store system? I've read the FAQ but it doesn't really make a lot of things very clear. So after games random people get drops, right? And these can be sticker capsules, weapon cases or weapons? But to open sticker capsules and weapon cases you still need keys which you need to... buy? Is there anything else that drops and is there any other way to get keys other than buying them? Also, is it technically possible (albeit extremely unlikely) to get a, for example, factory-new glock-18 fade drop that's worth several hundred bucks after a game? Or are these excluded somehow? What about the different colors of rarities, what are they (blue to purple to gold?) and what's the deal with the conditions (factory new, battle tested etc.)? Do they exist for all weapons?
They do a really bad job of explaining how this fairly complex system works I feel, so I would appreciate it if someone took a couple minutes to explain it to me or link to some place that has up-to-date information on how this all works (ie. not the Valve FAQ that I've already read, as I said). Thanks!

Thanks! You've basically got it. Only cases/sticker capsules and bad weapons drop. You need to buy keys to open cases to find anything good. You can sell new cases for good money and then use those to buy other items+keys if you want. I just sell everything and use the money to buy other games on Steam.

Okay cool, I got a weapon case already but when I checked the Steam marketplace it sold for 0.01 Euro, is that normal? :p Are they really worth almost nothing? Or are some cases (Winter? eSports?) better?

New and old cases are worth more than ones from half a year ago, if you have one worth 1 cent just sit on it , the first one is worth good money now. Day 1 drops can be worth as much as 5€ so keep an eye out for that

Huntsman cases were selling for $18 when they were released.

I checked, it's a Winter eSports case and it's current value is ~0.03 Euro right now, so I guess I'm holding on to that (I don't see myself spending money on keys to open cases, I'd rather buy a game on sale after a couple weeks of playing with that money).

Who buys those on the other hand...

It is actually worthwhile if you get something good. Look up the sales prices of the good items in the case.
For instance, several of those huntsman knives/AK/M4 sold for over $400. Who is buying those is what you should be asking.
