They do a really bad job of explaining how this fairly complex system works I feel, so I would appreciate it if someone took a couple minutes to explain it to me or link to some place that has up-to-date information on how this all works (ie. not the Valve FAQ that I've already read, as I said). Thanks! You've basically got it. Only cases/sticker capsules and bad weapons drop. You need to buy keys to open cases to find anything good. You can sell new cases for good money and then use those to buy other items+keys if you want. I just sell everything and use the money to buy other games on Steam. | ||

Look up the sales prices of the good items in the case. For instance, several of those huntsman knives/AK/M4 sold for over $400. Who is buying those is what you should be asking. | ||
