btw u can make poe start up pretty fast by disabling sound (try it it actually starts in like 5s with that)...tho dont think many players would want to do it. | ||

For those saying higher... come on guys do some research. I see 400+ ES shields on the market with b/o's under 1 ex that have not been sold. Regarding whether or not to exalt it, depends on if you plan on using it or not. If you'd be happy using it as is and don't plan on upgrading for awhile, I'd exalt it. If you plan to sell it, definitely no.
