I forgot to bring a resist ring on this ele weakness map, so I thought I would just stand next to willywonka to get his purity aura. That didn't turn out and I almost died even with 8.5k hp and spamming a seething of grounding. Only reason I lived was because I barely got in range of willy's purity aura before the third hit. Fun stuff ^^.

Edit: Heh, now that I re-checked it, that's a pretty insane map for Piety right there.Sapphires can only spawn in shop starting at level 11 IIRC (might be 10). I usually start checking with the waypoint, and check every level with portal scrolls. If you still don't get one, there's not much you can do. Grab an extra life flask if you can and hope for the best.

Physical Cleave I don't think should be too difficult to gear, at least from lvl 1-70. Just roll good weapons and run hatred. It also scales very well into maps.
