Kind of. I mean japan has Hiropon who is probably #2 seth in the world behind poongko. but poongko is way more unpredictable that Hiropon | ||

Yeah, Seths were as often played as Hakans. Even Dan players were more frequent(in Japan). Ever since SS, you will see them more often which is still not often. | ||
