These are decks that would just normally unlock as I progress the campaign if I hadn't purchased these deck keys? What's foiling? Just making the cards shiny? I guess, I just want to know how many decks I should have with the game, knowing that I purchased the complete bundle. | ||

You'll still get overrun pretty easily by a Boros deck, especially considering they have Madcap Skills and even G/W has Rancor to push through. | ||

It actually unlocks 150 cards, since I had the expansion's extra 5 decks. It unlocks those too. Now I see that 15 of my decks are 40/40 (base and expo game), and the other 6 are 30/30 (from deck packs 1, 2, 3) | ||

At 1 and 2 there are a ton of removal spells to kill pretty much everything Boros plays, if you feel like getting yourself constantly 2-for-1'd then go for it I guess. For the defender-infinite-mana deck, I feel like Ghostly Flicker/Cloudshift + Archaeomancer + extort is a cleaner kill that doesn't take up as much deck space with cards that are only good when comboing off. Also makes Thought Scour better since milling an Archaeomancer target is value. If you play Bant colors, you can have Archaeomancer be your only non-defender creature if you really want, though you can also add Syndic of Tithes to help hit an extort creature when you're going off. You don't need to have your win condition sit in play for a turn before going off, you can hold it or dig for it while assembling your mana engine, which already sounds more appealing than playing a shade or firebreather. I understand the appeal of having a card like Jailbreaker to just win "normally" but let's be real, we aren't playing all defenders to kill them the normal way. | ||
