 Few questions that will help me give you guys the best experience possible First, a vague collection of what timezones people are in (so I can pick a good time for server restarts/maintenance/updates/extra hardware allocation during peak hours/etc) Poll: Where do you reside? (Vote): US/Canada Secondly, self explanitory Poll: Map type Normal (52) Snow (10) 62 total votes Your vote: Map type And lastly, same as above Poll: Starting location biome Mountains (29) Island (15) Beach (8) Desert (3) Flat (2) 57 total votes Your vote: Starting location biome (Vote): Flat Answers aren't required, but would help me generate a map that would please the most people possible (obviously you can explore to reach an area you like, too, but it's just much easier to generate a map with a nice spawn at the start) | ||

I've been trying to find a texture pack for minecraft for hours and I can't seem to find it... I've seen tonnes of people using it too . Although, I can't seem to find the vids now that have the texture pack in them... murphy's law T.T The only thing that I remember from it is that when you find un-mined iron, its like a huge red-ish blotch in the middle of the cube, its VERY noticeable, Kind of like a red-ish / copper-ish kind of oval shaped blotch in the middle of the cube. Any help would be appreciated. | ||

Try this out http://painterlypack.net/ it's got alot of Halloween stuff at the moment, but you can get a personalized pack and it's pretty damn good, I use it and have a harder time missing iron than not. I'm not sure if it's the one you've seen but it's worth a shot. Just check out the pictures and such on the website. | ||

. I know some of the guys are brocraft use part of the textures (at least for the minerals, which are really the only ones I want since I spend 90% of the time in mine). Seen the Iron, diamond, and coal textures I want in some let's plays, but now I can't seem to be able to find the ones I want (In it, the guy goes from normal -> textures (which he links), than then back to normal, so its really hard to find what I'm looking for .Ugh, I should of just got the name when I was watching the let's play but too late now T.T /wrists | ||

Only downside to the pack is a lot of the items don't have custom textures (I have painterly's for items, and doku's for textures). | ||

I'm ready to get my mine on. I enjoyed playing single but playing with others is always better. Serejai do you have a plan for admins or a method to keep out griefers? I assume you will only be posting the IP on the TL forums but griefers could still find it. Edited out false info. | ||
