No it doesn't, but I'd be willing to bet that the majority of people that have been playing this whole time have Queue'd solo more than premade for it to make a big enough difference.
Actually if you just start premading later and win alot, it's like the first 500 games of solo queue never mattered o_O

i mean, i can't really carry a bad team, at all
but it's extremely obvious to me that it's a million times easier to win when im playing with competent TLers than with random people

Try a tank build  I'd suggest armor stacking with many sunfires, mres if you really need it.

I think its way too early to tier S1 ranked games. I think its fair to say people that are 1700+ today are generally pretty good, but until people get more games in and the top of the ladder is like 2300+, there are too many other variables to consider.
For unranked I'd say 1200 is average, 1400 above average, 1700 good, 2000 High ELO

is your elo lower if you're a lower lvl? im 1513 but im only lvl 15. not sure if im an average player or if its just because im still a lower lvl.

There is defiantly a difference between ranked and unranked. Ever since I went back I found unranked to be easier then it was, I really don't die a lot anymore in unranked games unless I play kamikaze.

Replace Mundo with Karthas/Kassadin for me...more so Kassadin. At least with Karthus I've somehow been able to carry a team a bunch of times.

Ya I checked it on a handful of different dates and it's such a rollercoaster based on my level of 'give a fuck.' I have a spike to 1902 very shortly after I hit 30(so, basically I was tryharding this whole time to get most xp/ip possible), and then I have a drop to 1641 which is probably right after Kog'Maw was released(I played him a ton the first week, and played around with a ton of odd builds).
I guess I'm somewhere around above average/maybe decently good with my tryhard face on, and actually not so hot when I am carefree and just spamming games for funsies.

My unranked elo is 1909, which is entirely solo queue. sounds about right.
