How Does It Work To bet, simply head over to the Liquibet here and click the image of the team you want to vote for.
If you think the match will be a draw, select the "x" image in the centre.
There is no need to select "vote now" just simply click an image and move on to the next as it automatically saves your selection once a choice is made.
Results will be uploaded after every 1st round match is completed, then second round, then the third round etc etc so you can keep up to date on where you are on the leaderboard.
You will be able to vote for the matches right up until kick off
I'm not really betting, I picked choices based on what I wanted to happen (many I didn't know or didn't care, but I still made choices for all I think). Can be interesting to then look back at what I chose before things happen.
You can sub freely between your subs and your field players, and swap the captain around. But selling and buying only once a round. You get 1 free, and after that it costs points.
Yeah i think Liquibet broken, i didn't even update it someone else did but after updating it to Russia win (which it was updated to) it says basically everyone who voted draw got a point and those who voted anything else got it wrong.
I’m pretty happy sitting tied at 3rd with 75%. The Spain match killed me, I was so sure they would rally and close it out. Feeling fairly confident about my predictions going into the next couple of days as well, but I suppose we will see.
Did anyone else predict the Iceland draw? They are my dark horse to do fairly well, at least making it past the group stage. My Euro relatives who are super into soccer/futbol were shocked at Iceland stopping Messi loool

Think quite a few did. I did. Only one I got wrong yesterday was denmark-peru: I bet on the score it should have been (a draw) instead of the score it was I completely flubbed group B tho. Bet Spain and Morocco would win. Still, my liquibets doing a lot better than my fantasy league. Only good fixture so far is the Icelandic keeper. Griezman got the points, but he was terrible.
Now I gotta decide whether I'm happy with the 8 points from Griezman as captain, or that I'll make Neymar captain now. Somehow I have to catch up with all the people who picked Ronaldo

Going to watch Brazil now, I only watched Russia vs Saudi Arabia so far then sorta got bored of the lack of replays, inverted throw ins, referee biasedly controlling the tempo of the game, etc. Well I hear VAR has been used poorly, cards are not being properly given, Umtiti wasnt even yellow carded when he should have been red carded. So I'm not really missing anything.

Haha yo don't hate Everyone should have thought England were better than Tunisia though and first half showed too. Tunisia seem very slow, but at least they do play football (most of the time anyway)
Well, im also in another result bet with exact results, I scored 27 points in 11 games there before today. Today I nailed all 3, getting 30 points in 3 games :D
Niiice I'm sitting tied at first, and feeling quite confident about the coming matches. Still a long way to go though of course... Sadly this is probably my greatest achievement in the history of my time on TL lololol, though it means essentially nothing given the tournament has only just begun.
I only managed a single one. That SA should've been a confirmed second point. Morocco game was surprising, but they played well. Iran thing was also up in the air with how Portugal wasn't as solid as one would think.
