Well, the only thing required for a fan page is actually, i guess, having a fan base. Since the op looks like a fan, i see nothing wrong here. :D ( even though i don't know him either )

I watch this kid stream semi frequently and he definitely has some serious skill and potential. He's also really good at talking and explaining the game and his strategy while he plays. Overall a really good resource if you're looking for an informative streamer who also plays at the top level. Oh yea.. and sign me up ;p
