Exactly. Thats the reason I'm so frustrated when I see him lose tournaments after tournaments. If people knew that was his limit, hist best performance etc. nobody would mind when he loses. I never get frustrated with White-Ra and other pros I like when they get taken out in the first brackets because I know thats his best and he puts on hell of a fight in every match. But when you look at stephano, you can't say thats his best. He can turn impossible games into wins and he showed hes capable of inhumanly genius decision making and execution. You realize Stephano is taking a break from school to play this game... if you think he truly does not care about the game and doesn't care about events you're a mad man. Stephano himself said he understands the importance of school and knows that sc2 is not a future thing, the fact he would drop out of school for a year means he isn't wasting potential. Amongst the SC2 pros who takes it the cool way, Stephano is the most talented. He's so fucking right! He's travelling around the world, wins some money & has some good times! Damn this is the way to be a SC2 pro! And he's totally right to have fun, how could you not regret it later if you traveled all around the world ONLY to play video games & not even enjoying the fact being abroad? Dude I've known a lot of people who are taking the medicine course and a lot of them are like that. In their free time they go fucking crazy. When one of my closest friends was accepted into the best medicine university of our state he just went a full month crazy. Since his course started I haven't seen him drunk. T_T Medicine is stealing our friends and one of the best Starcraft talent.

I thought someone would say that, but if that were the case, then the cop's arm would be going through Stephano's back (this is because the picture suggests, due to overlapping, that Stephano is in front of both cops).
Edit: If you take the proportion of the right cop's left upper arm and apply it to his right arm, you would see that his forearm would have to be insanely short in order for him to be able to bend his wrist as the red arrow indicates.

Have you ever tried to hold something up with your forearm like the cop was doing? Your arm does not bend in the way you suggested, it is mostly level with slightly upward tilt to provide leverage (kind of like the windup of a hook punch). From picture you can't really tell proportion in that angle.
There is no weird bending if you just have your fore arm level and elbow pulled back. Also, you can not tell the exact relative position between the cop and Stephano (and from the cop's sight line, it's definitely not side by side). You simply can't tell all that much without a second angle.
