His v NE historically hasn't been that great, and he just left EHOME a few weeks back, but he's currently living with Remind in China. Gah. But Moon's in great shape anyways. If he's in good condition for the matches, he should go through. Nicker's been doing pretty well lately, too, and I can't remember the last time I saw Moon's NE mirror after he lost to Remind at the IEF quals. Granted, Remind's a beast at NE mirror ... Worrying too much. T.T

Anyways, two players from each group if they do it like they've historically done. Then single elimination all the way up. If I'm not mistaken: - 1st from Group A vs. 2nd from Group B - 1st from Group B vs. 2nd from Group A - Winner vs. winner for finals. Everything's Bo3 after group stages, which are Bo1. Meh. I will admit that I want to see Moon vs. Sky finals almost as much as I want Moon to win, so it's nice they're in the same group, but everything's so tenuous this way.

On another note, an interview from Moon reveals that he's most likely planning on continuing his War3 career even after the WCG ends. I mean, obviously, he's playing in the G-League later this month, so that's hardly a surprise, but it doesn't sound like he will completely transition to SC2. (e.g. Says if War3 WCG continues to be held over the next two years in China, he would rather play War3 over SC2.)

definitely disappointed too... i must say i wouldn't be too excited if he won this WCG. in some way it will feel like a lesser achievement than in the past. i loved wc3 back then and still would probably enjoy games but it isn't that competetive anymore except in china.

Cheer for Sky, guys. Cheer for Sky with all your heart. EDIT: Replays.net says Fly and Sky are advancing. There seems to be a bit of confusion over whether Sky beat Fly or the other way around between Gosugamers and Replays and some other small results are a little messed up. I'd probably go with GG over Replays, as they're live-editing the article for Replays. EDIT2: GG says Cash and Fly are advancing. I give up, and I'm going to sleep, and I'm going to get up tomorrow, and cheer for Lyn for being the only one who's being a consistent mofo whose score is the only one not being screwed up by Replays. EDIT3: Now Replays is saying Lyn and Hawk are advancing from Group B.
