it was a pretty dumb tournament it wasnt jsut IdrA being IdrA alot of peeps droppe dout i think
it was a Bo2 with one game played on each server so it was either a 2-0 or a tie

- Round 1 3 4 and 6 will be bets of 7 proleague format.
- Round 2 and 5 will be All-Kill format
however i dont think we will be seeing very much of idra in this season of proleague, EG-TL looking really strong atm and i dont think they want to mess up the lineup too much, except perhaps replacing zenio with Stephano.

IdrA is better than Zenio. He could take over for him unless Stephano does. And I would argue, although it may or may not be true, that IdrA is better than Thorzain. At least give IdrA a shot in Pro League I think he could win more than Zenio and Thorzain.

Well, IdrA hasn't played WoL for like a month, and I don't think he has gotten to play or watch much at all these past weeks either, so I dunno if throwing him into a format like that would be too smart

When the inevitable HoTS switch comes I suspect IdrA will be much stronger... He was really a great player before the Infestor buff came in >.>

Yeah his playing of HotS suggests he wasn't expecting to be used in Proleague. I expect he'll be deployed as a ZvT sniper next round.

Probably. I really dislike the best of 1 thing. I think it would be better, albeit it would take SOOO MUCH TIME for one match, would be each player plays a bo3 vs their opponent. But again that would take forever.

Keep in mind that they serve different purpose
Proleague is not about the better player to win, rather the best suited to meet the other player and the map and thus bo1.
Offtopic: To defend the #1 powerranking
Teamliquid/eg has easily the best players overall, and deserve their #1 at the powerranking as they will DOMINATE the allkill format where the best players rule over map prepared players.

I just want to state that there are 2 rounds of all kill in SPL. Idra will be there when all kill is being played iirc.

He is also better than Puma i think. Puma has played horribly in PL
