Block B Be the Light and Very Good are pretty good comeback songs.

Zico is like another G-Dragon.
Personally, I find that Zico can rap better and has more charisma than G-Dragon.

P.O is like a teenage/young version of TOP.
Their vocal bass is the same.

GG will never break up. At least, not for the forseeable future. Bias aside, when you're basically the face of the entire industry (I mean, other groups are big, but this is SNSD we're talking about), you don't call it quits until there's a real reason to. Besides, they've already talked about another TTS album and the possibility of another subunit as it is.

That said, even if they do, they'd be fine. Most of them do MC/host stuff, some of them have acted and could pursue that, many of them could go solo easily.

hopefully Nicole can do freely w/e she wants, she prob has earned a few million by now though so who knows what her plans are.

People said the same thing about DBSK when they essentially conquer Asia during their prime.

DBSK was the FACE of K-pop and had the biggest official fanclub Cassiopeia during that time.

It is possible for SNSD to break up.
Obviously SM will tried their best to keep them and the contract condition is better now.

Kara losing 2 members will be a similar situation to DBSK losing their core members.

Well they can still continue as 3 but you just have to deal with the popularity drop.

I mean, sure ok, not-hyperbolically speaking they're eventually going to stop being together. They're likely not going to be making pop music 10 years from now.

I just don't see it being a break up like Kara might be going through. I realistically don't forsee SNSD having contract issues and breaking up more or less anti-climatically. I could see like, a goodbye tour and final album or something, sure.

Didn't DBSK (changmin+Yunho" just fill out a 2 day Dome concert for 160k people? I wouldn't exactly call that a popularity drop. JYJ afaik also really doing well for themselves.

On the other hand I don't see "sub SNSD units" doing well for themselves in case a few members don't want to extend their contracts but I don't see anyone leaving in the near future either.

Jiyong probably super burned out.

Don't need talent to go solo, this is kpop we are talking about. The rest of Kara isn't a whole lot better than Hara.

DBSK break up was completely different from what an SNSD break up (which wouldn't happen atm) would be and not comparable in the slightest, its not really even similar to Kara breaking up.

Yeah DBSK held a 2 day concert in Nissan Stadium in August (72k+ each day), and they were the first non-Japanese artists to perform there. Their Japan tour in total pulled in over 850k people.

JYJ... I don't know wtf they are doing. It seems kinda obvious that Yoochun doesn't care too much about music these days and he is focused on acting now. They haven't released an album as a group for over 2 years now and they were supposed to be releasing one this year but with the news of another Jaejoong album coming out this month I'm not sure what is going to happen. I need them to release something else as good as In Heaven.

Speaking of In Heaven this video is really neat, edited to make it look more like a music show.
