No you don't. I can appreciate their vocals without understanding a single word of korean/hangul.

Lee hai may or may not be a good singer. I honestly can't tell because they decided to edit the shit out of the song so you can't hear her actual voice. Or maybe she's really that monotonous with it, in which case she's terrible :D
Also the amount of plastic in her face must have cost a fortune.
