Kyuubey seems to be in quite the hurry to sign the contract already. Also the size of a soul gem has something to do with the innate power of the magical girl?

how Mami was finished off kinda felt really cruel. I mean she's all happy that she got some friends who want to be with her and she just gets eaten 2min later, not fair :/

It seemed like she had an ulterior motive, cause she was like "I'm not someone that you want to be" or something like that, either shes humble or she had other plans

I think it is a little of both. It felt like Kyuubey tricked her to become a magical girl (because she had to use her wish to survive, but in the end got a completely different life compared to what she probably wished for). Add the general conflict and hostility that magical girls have to endure... Of course she would be lonely after all.

Still, I'm not convinced that Homura is evil, even though she does her best to make us think that.

And really, this is no happy happy magical girl world, so it's pretty much the truth that it is not something that you want to be. Unless you have no other choice or are tricked somehow, I guess. I think that both Madoka and Sayaka will get their wishes perverted in some way.

Yea that makes sense, that probably makes this anime probably one of the better ones currently this season. I think Homura knows that its really dangerous, pretending to be bad, but indirectly protecting them by scaring them, making them seriously think if they really want to be a mahou shoujo. But I think they would become mahou shoujo and maybe they would work together. Since even though madoka has a lot of potential, she probably wouldnt know what to do.

is it me or is gg subbing it was "wan't" instead of "want" multiple times over. Playing kicking the can at night is better zzz.
Nothing really happened in the first half of the episode, i was bored out of my mind, until the guy read that girl's fortune. Then it actually turns interesting until Merry steps into the dream, and it just got really stupid when yumeji arrived. I guess other than the fact that the dream demon acted like Kotonoha from school days, the ep was pretty boring. Oh the girl at the end might make things interesting, she reminds me of Tsukihime or was it Kannazuki no Miko? idk where theres a moon in the background with a field of flowers.

Oh, come on. ANOTHER tsundere? What's next? The representative candidate from France (or somewhere else): A second male IS pilot, for no reason whatsoever as a rival? Maybe a yandere (-technician) out of nowhere? -.-

At least I was right on the summoning and transformation stuff. Still, with so few IS cores, society wouldn't have changed at all, except for some parts that are directly related to IS.
