In the game, during that level this episode is based on, comes up, and Vigagi goes "Dygenguar? And what does 'Episode 30' mean?!", and its become a fan favorite line. Vigagi himself breaks the 4th wall in almost every appearance. IDK if he actually said that, but CrunchyRoll stuck that into the script.
He doesn't, though. He says "what's that an abbreviation of this time?" in the game as well. That's probably why the other dude's "question" confused the crap out of me. It didn't make sense to me, until I saw your sub.
Edit: Son of a b- I started re-playing OGs because of the anime (also because I finally got the emu to not muck up sounds, so I wanna check out OGG) and I just realized (heading into 30) that I didn't upgrade Trombe. So boned.

Did you play the english version? Because he DEFINITELY said that in the NA release of OG2.
Well, I guess that explains why you didn't get the "What does episode 15 mean?" line lol. Its just a popular running joke among english speaking fans, primarily at /m/. Popular enough for CrunchyRoll to stick it into their script.
I wonder who they are saving the Combo Attack for, though. Maybe the Machine Children?
Does Yang really think Reuental is just gonna fall into this trap? Really?
Hmmm, I guess we'll see
Reinhard's plan sounds really good. It does rely on the fact that he has way more manpower than the Alliance. Surely something will backfire somewhere. Reinhard going to the frontline, I do not expect Phezzan to be a problem. However, I do not expect the Alliance to get destroyed this early in the series either...
In LOGH, its building to up one of the most epic moments ever. I remember when I was where you guys were, and just couldn't stop until the season finished.

There's only so much that can backfire with this plan though. Even if Phezzan revolts, they'll hardly pose that much of a threat to a fleet of like 10000-20000 ships. Yang is in Iserlohn, and he's the only one that can really stop this assault. Everyone else will try to delay for his arrival. Speaking of which, what happens if Yang leaves Iserlohn? I kinda doubt they can hold it against the impending assault without him.
However, even Yang can't defeat the entire Empire fleet by himself - they're far outnumbered, and Reinhard is no slouch. The alliance is screwed, imo. This is all thanks to Amlitzer, really. Fuck you, Fork.
By the way, why are fighters so powerful in this series? It seems like it only takes one or two shots to take out a ship, which is nuts.
Dear god. That dude is gonna become obsessive and delusional just like her.
He sounded like he was about to crack up the entire time. That was disturbing. It's bad enough reading about Japanese otaku doing that on Sankaku every time a popular character's birthday comes around, but LOL. That actually gave me goosebumps...

People like Poplan are Ace Pilots, and Julian gets REALLY lucky IMO. Alot of the time the fighters go for the engines of ships, which in theory should be their vulnerable stop I guess. Since most pilots aren't really characters in this show, sometimes it can be hard to tell, but there is a huge causality rate among fighters, plus getting an opportunity to launch them can be problematic (see how Bittenfield lost to Yang at Amlitzer).
I really am enjoying Kore Wa Zombie Desuka? So far I like all the characters and the story has yet to really be told and the characters are yet to even be developed. It's a fun show that hints at some serious spots down the road.
I read it based off a recommendation from /a/, and I'll be frank - the summary of this manga sounds ridiculously stupid. Basically it's about a guy who masturbates in the washroom everyday, but a girl finds out. She blackmails him so that he helps her get revenge on the classmates that are bullying her - namely by cumming on their stuff when nobody's around. But then the plot gets serious, and the manga turns into The Catcher in the Rye.
Anyway, everyone should read it. It's really good.
