But sadly, most yuri, probably Girl Friends as well is meant to appeal to a male population for obvious reasons. Same with yaoi and me and my LGBT friends sometimes get a bit disapointed when we see this pulp writing. What bugs me the most is that they seem to make out that homosexuality is almost a choice. My impression with Yaoi is that it confuses infatuation with love. Two people meet and instantly would die for a moment of affection. Junjo Romantica for instance (i think that is how it is spelled) practically gave me diabetes with how overly saccharine sweet it was. And when they do have conflict in the relationship, it is always for insane reasons (a kidnapping would be a low key issue in these romances). There is just no verisimilitude at all.

Anyone know a similar anime that is like this? Something very down to earth and hilarious at the same time. Arigatou Gozaimashita. I don't know about down to earth, but what about School Rumble, Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, Fruit Basket or Ranma 1/2? Btw, Chiharu v Emnjay has been confirmed for Sunday 3rd June 0900 KST. This may seem like a bad time to ask but uh, do I just install the stuff from ICCup and that's it? Also, I'll probably need someone to tell me how to find Custom Games and chat on the BW Client. :3 Sunday, Jun 03 12:00am GMT (GMT+00:00). Added date function for it, should be for the right time to everyone. Hype hype hype!!! :D There's going to be a stream with TLADT casting right?! RIGHT?! Gogo Moonbear, the oujo will give you power!

Infatuation is a seed awaiting to blossom into the beautiful flower that is love. Some yuri suffer from being overly sweet as well. But I am ok with that most of the time.

G-senjou no Maou worth the read? was going to pick it up after finishing Sharin and Planetarian. No. It's terrible. Sharin was good, but G-sen is the mediocrity that most of Akabee soft works embodies. There a bunch of other english translated VNs that are much better it's worth the time spent reading it. If you can over look some of the stuff it is pretty decent. I don't even think its worth ctrling through, but you would know better than me in that regard. I think ill hold off on G-sen it does indeed look mediocre although the artwork is nice. Wanna drop some names of the better stuff? ^_^ Feeling a bit melancholic after reading saya no uta :/ Perhaps the proper comparison for G-Sen would be, did you like Code Geass R2? Not in particular, thought Season 1 was better. Woah Aerisky only joined may18,2012 >.< (dat post count) That's a 9000+ poster with 1 year old account in the making right there. T__T Eh I tend to be very conversational/chatty here and like to respond to a lot of things (usually quite punctually merp), so there you have it ;; it's just fun to sort of talk with others....so yeah, I just like to talk to a lot of people about a lot of different things, nothing wrong with that (I hope .__.)...and I don't have too many one-liners outside of LR thread whooping and cheering and crying...I think... I also edit a lot of my posts several times over because I don't feel comfortable with how they sound/don't think the point gets across/fix errors...and uh I edited this post to add this thought in, not to prove a point (so meta).

I do somewhat care about having a cool icon, but there's no way around that outside of doing some baller-status things for the community (which I do hope to do of course, one way or another..........not for the sake of an icon of course!! I promise! ...really!). The novelty would probably wear off but it's more the respect earned in order to have a cool icon (talking about special contribution in this case as opposed to post count+time, I suppose); I really do want to somehow do something cool for the awesome community--words cannot begin to describe just how amazing of a community and site TL is, though there are many blogs which do just that in some ways ![]() Um...hm...to try to stay on topic, go vanilla! ![]()

I mean it all came down to ken being superman. And the actual heroine you picked didn't really affect the storyline much, except for the epilogue of course

Mind=Blown too bad it takes so long for new episodes to come out, only thing that bothers about the anime me a tad is that the characters are so incredibly young(or atleast the art style suggests that for me). carry on
