That's pretty much how I felt about Shizuka Itou's voice. It was kind of hard to separate her voice from the typical characters she plays. Granted, I did watch Area no Kishi right before Jormungand, going from Nana to Koko didn't help but I got used to it eventually.
As for the show itself, it seems decent so far. I'll continue on with it.
It was the same where I heard Kana Asumi's voice in Haiyore! Nyaruko-san, happy nonetheless though as this makes up for the lack of Miya in Amagami ss+.

Madoka is really good so far, but the universe is so loosely explained. Even the artwork abstracts everything about the world around them and makes all the action character and relationship centric. Not used to it, but I think I like it.

First season was good. Second season dragged on too long with one arc and made it into just a retarded high school romance/comedy. It only got good near the last 6 episodes. They ended it with an anime original end. Third season retconned the second's ending, completely ignoring it ever happened.

RA2 has perfect Dustin Browder Balance (TM) , every unit is counterable and completely destroyed by its counter, its your own fault that you didn't know what the counter was and build at least one of it while the rocketeers killed everything
i remmeber playing the first cnc. mass recon bikes and buggies unbeatable. vulture packs that kill everything. with decent macro by the time GDI made one tank you could have a 5-8 recon bikes/buggies. damn imba lol

well i played it with a friend who found a free version that has online play and everything, so i was playing multiplayer games with him . some of those singleplayer missions were hard though

Well yea Koko is definately no Balalaika, which is why I figured Itou would work reasonably well, but I dont think she will fit with the range that Koko brings as a character, as long as Koko is being flippant Itou sounds ok because thats something Itou does pretty well.

also cant forget RA1 where u could build those cruisers that shot half way across the map. or the super buffed mammoth tanks that countered EVERYTHING.

Assuming topic is red alert series, I remember some patch that added on like a bijjion units. And from those the most imba probably was the very tank APC that you can have like 10 infantry units in and they can shoot out from it. Moving bunker ftw. Missed old games with no such thing as army caps.

It's hard to tell whether Koko is more of a bitch than Balalaika or vice versa. Regardless, she was originally voiced by Inoue Marina, and for whatever reason the anime decided to switch the actress.
