The part where Kouzuki tells Shirogane how everyone in Unit A-01 was a candidate for the 00 Unit and Shirogane asks why she sends them on such dangerous missions if that is the case. Kouzuki basically says it's because they were chosen due to their high causality, in other words, their ability to take up causality information and select favorable world branches, and if they had such low causality that they died from these missions, then they wouldn't matter anyways.
So my epiphany: in other words, Kouzuki is depending on in-universe plot armor to select out the important members of Unit A-01?! mind=blown
looks like Wolfguy is heading for the ending. Really enjoyed the ride and would recommend it to people looking for a mature fighting manga with a solid story
So now we're getting the opposite situation of the rooftop with Keima going to confess to Ayumi for real with Chihiro watching. Did Chihiro really eliminate herself from the love triangle? Maybe I'm reading too much into the last panel.

I'm around where you are in my 2nd run as well lol. Takeru is making the Santa Rabbit, and its just a few days before Sadogashima. The PTSD arc still made me tear up, and CHOMP... I guess seeing the image wasn't as bad this time, but the noise! The chewing noise holy shit I don't remember the noise being that bad.

Crossing my fingers and praying that this will be the anime that I can rejoice with this season...
Edit: Its hard to shake off Shu's voice on the MC. But I guess this anime is alright. Not the "WOW" factor that I was hoping for. But still... At least I can add this to my list of already "meh" animes.

Also called "nostalgia glasses." It's like when people go "Pokemon gen I is best all other Pokemon suck." It's baseless and they usually have no other reason for believing that other than childhood nostalgia.
Uhh, maybe, but I'd like to consider myself pretty open when I consider "good animes". Is it too much to ask for an anime without a generic storyline, generic characters, plot holes, and pretty much being a rehash of popular animes of the past just to sell tshirts and other accessories?

I like how you think you are super open and fair about anime, yet the season as barely even started and you are already saying this shit. I also like how apparently you think this season is bad, yet its like this nearly every single season, yet THIS is the anime season thats bad.
